9.00 Meet&Greet (Welcome session in KITM)

9.30 Let’s break the ice session

10.00 Hackathon session begins!

Instructions, team formation, brainstorming begins

! Half of the teachers stay with the groups, the other half have workshops/interactive activities.

12.00 Lunch at “Casa della Pasta”, Laisvės av.27, Kaunas (everyone pays for themselves)

13.00 – 15.00 Hackathon session continues

Freetime

17.00 – 18.00 IMBA Cyber Club, Vytauto pr. 60, Kaunas

18.00 – Surprise dinner close by  

Wednesday April 22 (classroom 302)

10.00 - 11.30 City Orienteering in mixed groups

11.30 – 12.30 – Quick snacks at Laisvė avenue (everyone pays for themselves)

12.30 Departure to IT company „Teltonika“

13.00 – 15:00 Visit in „Teltonika“, K.Baršausko st.66, Kaunas

15.00 – 15.30 Return to the city center

16.00 – 18.00 Exploring Science Island, Karaliaus Mindaugo pr.50, Kaunas (for the groups who chose)

Thursday April 23 (classroom 302)

10.00 – 12.00 Hackathon session continues!

Preparing for presentations

12.00 Lunch at “Nuogas”, Laisvės av. 21, Kaunas (everyone pays for themselves)

13.00 – 15.00 Hackathon session closes – group presentations

15.00 – 16.00 Closing ceremony (local judges vote and select the winner)

Freetime

18.00 – Farewell dinner at Bernelių užeiga Smuklė, K.Donelaičio st. 11, Kaunas (everyone pays for themselves)
